Exchange, Cancellation, Returns & Refunds:

Shipping:

Once an order is placed and the free cancellation window is closed then we accept your order and start working on it. We print each and every piece of product on order basis only until and unless mentioned on our website specifically. We generally ship your order within 2-5 working days (except Sunday). Our delivery partners include Bluedart, DTDC, XpressBees, Kerry Indev, Ecom express, Amazon shipping etc. At Scoopkart, we always try hard to deliver orders on time but sometimes due to external factors we don't guarantee timely deliveries for your order as once handed over it depends on Delivery company to deliver your parcel on time and safely to you.

Delivery:

Though our delivery partners call you while delivering your parcel, we advise you to provide alternative numbers to us for efficient deliveries. In case there is no one available at house, our delivery partners call you and re-attempt delivery on the next day.

As we print each product on order, In case of door locked or wrong mobile number or phone switched off at the time of delivery, No refunds/returns are entertained.

Cancellation:

You are entitled to cancel your order within 8 hours of placing your order or before the start of next working day.

The deadline for canceling an order is 8 hours from the time you placed your order.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will request the reimbursement with our payment gateway no later than 3 days from the day on which we received the order.

Return:

Exact scenarios in which we accept the return of goods-

  • Product received has manufacturing defect.

  • Product received has defect/error in the printing part.

Returns are not accepted in these specific cases-

  • When its about the sizing/fit issue of the product.

  • When the product has been used even once.

  • When the defect is due to the carelessness on customer part.

  • When the product is specially printed on demand or clearly personalized as per requirement.

  • The supply of goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

  • The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

  • The supply of goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, for example goods which deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.

Conditions for returns:

In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The goods were purchased in the last 7 days

  • The goods are in the original packaging

We can still accept the return if there is some other rare scenario in which the customer and Scoopkart agrees to a mutual understanding after working upon all the options. We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Return of Goods:

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the following address -

SCOOPKART, WZ-3, Mukherjee Park, Tilak Nagar, New Delhi - 110018, DELHI.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable delivery service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.

Refunds:

Once all terms and conditions mentioned above are accepted at our end, we will refund the amount back to source or issue a gift card/Coupon code (in case back to source not possible) in not later than 3 days.

Gifts:

If the goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate or a coupon code will be mailed to you.

If the goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, We will send the coupon code to the gift giver.
